Looking for a place that lets you commune with nature intimately, immerse in the Mindanaoan culture, and experience the fun and thrill of different outdoor activities? Look no further than Eden Nature Park and Resort!

Situated in Brgy. Eden, Toril, Davao City, this 75-hectare resort boasts breathtaking views of lush pine trees and an authentic mountain experience that will let you get acquainted with nature. The nature park and resort offers a wide range of accommodations, from simple rooms to cozy bungalows and cottages, each designed to provide guests with a comfortable and convenient stay.

Our recent trip led us to the charming Camellia rooms – nestled atop Gazebo Hill with breathtaking views of the vibrant landscape and just a stone’s throw from the delicious Vista Restaurant. It was the perfect blend of convenience and natural beauty!

Aside from experiencing the serenity of the nature park, there are many activities you and your loved ones can do here. Here’s what to expect at Eden Nature Park and Resort.

A sky-high playground: cycling, swinging, and soaring

Okay, let’s be honest – the SkyCycle is one of the coolest things I’ve ever done! I mean, pedaling across a cable high up in the trees? It’s the perfect mix of adrenaline and stunning rainforest views. But the real heart-stopper was the SkyRider. Imagine this: you’re strapped in, soaring 20 meters above it all on this 200-meter-long cable, and Davao City and the Davao Gulf are just laid out below you. Talk about an incredible perspective!

Butterflies and beyond

After all that excitement, the Butterfly Garden was the perfect change of pace. It honestly felt like stepping into a fairytale. I was surrounded by those shimmering, colorful wings, and it was so peaceful – like pure childhood wonder all over again.

A journey through time at Tinubdan

Tinubdan was something else entirely. It’s like a living glimpse into the wisdom of the Mindanaon people. You see their traditions, their beliefs, everything that shapes their way of life…it made me view the world a little differently. I think that’s always a good thing!

When farm-to-table is more than just a buzzword

The food at the Vista Restaurant? Honestly, it deserves its own blog post. Everything was so fresh and bursting with flavor, it was like the ingredients came directly from the rainforest itself. It was a delicious reminder of just how vibrant this place is.

Lost in the Labyrinth (in the best way)

I’m not going to lie, the Bamboo Maze kicked my butt. One minute I was laughing, the next I had no idea where I was going! But hey, getting a little lost is part of the adventure, right?

All the little things

There were so many other amazing moments: catching my own fish for dinner, taking a guided tour through the lush grounds… and don’t get me started on the horseback riding. Eden Nature Park & Resort is the full package. It reignited my love of exploring, and it was the ideal mix of thrilling activities and moments of pure relaxation.
