Mileage policy

The mileage allowance and excess-kilometer rate for each rental are the values shown in the HQ-generated Rental Agreement. They may vary by vehicle, vehicle class, rental length, route and approved pricing.

The signed Rental Agreement controls for the specific rental. HQ calculates the total included distance and any excess-kilometer charge. Ask Car Rental Davao before pickup if your planned route may exceed the allowance.
