A PHP 10,000 security deposit is due when the rental agreement is signed. Reservation payment and other rental charges are separate.

Yes. Delivery within Metropolitan Davao City, including the airport and hotels, is free during office hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. After-hours fees and minimum booking periods may apply.
What happens if my flight arrives after office hours?
After-hours and extreme after-hours delivery are available under the published terms. At least 24 hours’ advance booking or notice is required.
